All individuals seeking to skate the mini-ramp at Undercover Skate Shop must have a signed and notarized waiver on file at the shop.

Skate waivers may only be signed and presented to a notary by the parent/guardian (holding Power of Attorney).
All skaters 13 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older.
All skaters under the age of 18 must wear a proper helmet at all times.
Rollerbladers and rollerskates are not permitted on the ramp at any time.
All skaters are subject to rules, regulations, session times, and any other rules set in place by Undercover staff.
